Glory Swags Wear & Clothing (“we,” “us,” or “our”) values customer satisfaction and wants every order to arrive as expected. Because many of our products are made to order, this Return & Refund Policy explains when a return, replacement, or refund may be available for orders placed through https://gloryswags.org.

Countries Covered

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.

Made-to-Order Products

Many of our items are produced specifically after an order is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • ordering the wrong size

  • change of mind

  • buyer’s remorse

  • preference changes

  • accidental orders

Please review product details, sizing information, color selections, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

Eligible Refund or Replacement Situations

We will review requests for a replacement or refund if:

  • the item arrives damaged

  • the item arrives defective

  • the wrong item was received

  • the product received materially differs from what was ordered

If your request is approved, we may offer, at our discretion:

  • a replacement item, or

  • a refund to the original payment method

Timeframe to Report an Issue

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

How to Report a Problem

To request a review, contact us with:

  • your full name

  • order number

  • description of the issue

  • clear photos showing the item and the problem, if applicable

Return Authorization

Do not send items back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions, if a return is required.

In some approved cases, a return may not be necessary before a refund or replacement decision is made. If a return is required, we will provide instructions.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved because the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will advise you on the next steps, including whether a return is required and whether return shipping will be covered.

We do not guarantee prepaid return labels for all requests. Return instructions, if applicable, are provided only after review and approval.

Exchanges

Because many items are made to order, we do not guarantee exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind requests.

If an item is eligible due to damage, defect, or fulfillment error, we may provide a replacement instead of an exchange, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations

The following are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • incorrect size selected by the customer

  • change of mind

  • buyer’s remorse

  • preference changes after ordering

  • orders submitted with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • requests made after the reporting window

  • normal variations that do not materially affect the product

  • items damaged after delivery due to misuse, wear, washing errors, or customer handling

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after the claim review is completed. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

Orders may begin production shortly after they are placed. For that reason, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

If you need help with a recently placed order, contact us as soon as possible.

Chargebacks

If you experience a problem with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can review the issue and attempt to resolve it promptly.
